A couple of years or so ago, some effort was finally made to address all those nagging and oftentimes downright dirty nasty phone calls from folks looking for your money (or, as they put it, their money!). That should mean that it should be easier than ever before to put an end to such evil (okay, inconveniences, usually), right?
